The impact on my future
Daria BOBUKH, Russian, EDHEC – 2017, MSc Finance student, EIFFEL scholar

“I have chosen EDHEC as a priority. The school has an outstanding faculty, a broad curriculum and a great track record of preparing competitive professionals.” On top, EDHEC, is ranked very well in the world and Europe in particular. Being an undergraduate student I got the chance to experience French education system in a business school during my exchange in France. The MSc Finance programme perfectly fitted me and it seemed to be a very intensive and challenging course. EDHEC provides numerous opportunities for those who want to benefit from scholarships. When I passed all the necessary steps to join the EDHEC community (such as application and interview) and was admitted to the programme I applied for Eiffel scholarship. The selection of candidates was highly competitive and was based on academic excellence and a motivation letter proving why a student is the best fit for the scholarship. It should be said that it is the school that decides whether it wants to represent you for this scholarship or not. I was lucky to have such an opportunity to be selected by EDHEC as a candidate for this prestigious scholarship

The impact on my professional outlook
Andrea CRUZ BAYONA, Colombian, EDHEC- 2017, MSc Corporate Finance & Banking student, EIFFEL scholar

In order to enhance my professional background, I've decided to study a master’s degree abroad. I've chosen EDHEC Business School because of its excellent reputation, its expertise in the finance field and its interest in designing academic programs focused on applying theory to real cases on businesses and the economy. I am from Colombia, a country that has been affected for more than 5 decades by armed conflict, drug trafficking, and kidnapping. Fortunately, the war seems to be arriving to the end, opening the doors to the post-conflict era. In this new stage, the country will require outstanding professionals that contribute to this promising future and I would like to participate in it from the financial field. Being awarded by the Eiffel Scholarship was not only an honor to me because of the prestigious of that program, but also a considerable economic help to pursue that dream of studying in France and in one of the top business schools.
