EDHEC and Salesforce.com Team Develop New CRM Course

NIKKI HARLE June 24, 2008
The CRM course in EDHEC's MSc in Marketing Management programme combines the theoretical knowledge of how CRM integrates customer needs and a practical business experience with one of the worldwide leading providers of CRM solutions.

Salesforce.com and Esker, one of its partners, will be associated in several sessions of the CRM course. Students will have the opportunity to develop a hands-on experience based on a case situation and will also have the opportunity to attend a workshop organised by Salesforce.com for its local customers at the EDHEC facilities.

Salesforce.com is a San Francisco based company which was created in 1999; for the full fiscal year 2008, the company reported revenues of approximately $748.7 million, an increase of 51% from the prior year.

Loic MosseLoïc Mosse, Account Executive at Salesforce.com explains further:

"When the EDHEC Business School approached Salesforce.com to be part of the CRM course, we saw a very good fit for both our organisations and the opportunity to deliver best of breed CRM education to their Master's programme students.

We immediately began working together with EDHEC and our partner and customer Esker, a recognised leader in business document process automation and multi-media communication solutions (fax, SMS, email, mail).

Combining Salesforce.com's world-leading CRM best practices with the EDHEC's expertise in delivering executive-level education is definitely a win-win situation."
